Compassionate Care Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic medical social worker to provide psychosocial support and counseling to patients and their families.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.

1. Provide case management services, including assessment and intervention planning, to ensure patient-centered care.
2. Develop and implement group therapy programs, awareness campaigns, and recreational activities to promote patient engagement and well-being.
3. Assist patients in accessing external resources, such as government schemes, community services, and vocational opportunities.
4. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, caregivers, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work (MSW-Medical, Psychiatric).
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome, with prior experience in healthcare rehabilitation an advantage.
• Strong communication, empathy, and patience required for working with diverse groups.
• Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Suite is an added advantage.
