Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Automation Test Engineer - Quality Assurance to join our team at IT Source Global. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Automated Test Development: Develop and implement automated test scripts to ensure comprehensive coverage of application functionality.
  • Test Strategy: Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure early detection of defects and facilitate rapid deployment.
  • Bug Identification: Identify, document, and track defects found during testing, and work with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Continuous Integration: Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to ensure early detection of defects and facilitate rapid deployment.
  • Test Frameworks: Develop and maintain test frameworks and libraries to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Documentation: Maintain clear and concise documentation of test plans, test cases, and test results.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, review designs, and ensure that testing aligns with project goals.
  • Quality Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance overall product quality.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Java 8, API automation testing skills using Rest Assured and Soap UI, knowledge of Git, and strong programming and problem-solving skills.
