We are seeking an experienced Big Data Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and administering big data ecosystem components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Deploy and configure big data ecosystem components, including Hortonworks, Cloudera, Apache Hadoop/Spark.">
  • Install and manage Linux operating systems and networking configurations on servers.">
  • Develop automation scripts using Unix Shell and Ansible to streamline operational tasks.">
  • Maintain core big data components: Zookeeper, Kafka, NiFi, HDFS, YARN, Redis, Spark, HBase, Solr, and others.">
  • Oversee daily operations of Hadoop clusters using tools like Ambari, Cloudera Manager, and monitoring platforms for cluster availability and performance.">
  • Manage HBase and Solr clusters focusing on capacity planning and performance tuning.">
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure high availability and optimal performance of big data applications.">
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance as needed.">

Qualifications & Skills:

">

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in system administration and Hadoop ecosystem management.

">

Strong knowledge of Linux, networking, and server management is required.

">

Hands-on experience with Hortonworks and Cloudera distributions, scripting languages like Unix Shell, and automation tools like Ansible is necessary.

">

Experience managing big data components: Zookeeper, Kafka, NiFi, HDFS, YARN, Redis, Spark, HBase, and Solr is essential.

">

Familiarity with cluster management and monitoring tools, virtualization technologies like KVM, and excellent problem-solving skills is desirable.
