Job Title: Process Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Process Associate to join our team. As a key member of our process improvement department, you will work closely with the process owner to draft and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Your primary responsibility will be to review operational processes and identify inefficiencies, risks, and control deficiencies. You will then suggest improvements to enhance business operations, minimize financial losses, and maintain regulatory compliance.

Additionally, you will be responsible for updating SOPs in a timely manner, verifying records related to client transactions, and monitoring compliance with SEBI regulations, exchange rules, and internal policies.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders. If you have experience working in stock broking companies and exposure to internal audit and SOP review, we would love to hear from you
