Technical Team Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the development and implementation of high-performing SAP BTP applications and integrations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of developers and manage project delivery
  • Plan work, allocate resources, and track milestones
  • Design and build customized SAP BTP apps and integrations across SAP and non-SAP systems
  • Develop integration patterns and ensure secure, compliant solutions
  • Troubleshoot escalations and drive performance tuning
  • Maintain clear documentation and enable training and knowledge sharing

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in software development and team leadership
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Experience with SAP BTP, Cloud Foundry, and SAP Integration Suite
  • Proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Java, Python) and development tools
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Cloud Application Programming Model, SAPUI5, and SAP Fiori
  • Experience with SAP HANA and database modeling
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
