Job Title: Network Professional

We are seeking a skilled network professional with 6-15 years of experience in network operations, troubleshooting, and implementing enhancements.

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling user requests, ad-hoc enhancements, and ensuring smooth network operations.
• A mix of operational and implementation experience is highly desirable.

Routers: Cisco, Switches: Aruba or Cisco Nexus , Aruba Wireless: Aruba ClearPass , Palo Alto:

Good to have: Load Balancer (F5): or Proxy (Zscaler or Netskope): , Cisco Nexus ACI:

• Monitor network health and ensure maximum efficiency.
• Continuously seek opportunities for enhancement, tuning, and improvement.
• Provide rapid response to incidents and conduct effective troubleshooting to minimise downtime.
• Develop a solid understanding of Firewalls (Palo Alto) and IP networking and Internet technologies.
• Work on multiple network/network security platforms, including Wireless (Aruba), Aruba Clearpass, ACI, F5, Netskope Proxies, and NSX.
• Apply strong analytical, network, and troubleshooting skills to handle critical issues until resolution.
• Possess excellent communication skills and a customer-focused 'service first' mindset.
