The Role


We're seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Transformation Consultant. As a key member of our transformation team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.



Key Responsibilities


Some of your key responsibilities will include:



  • Developing and implementing transformation strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Utilizing engineering and process excellence practices to drive operational efficiency and innovation
  • Enhancing customer experience through effective product management strategies
  • Implementing quality assurance measures to maintain high standards of products and services
  • Establishing and enforcing controls and governance frameworks to ensure compliance and risk mitigation
  • Driving performance improvement initiatives across all operational areas

  • Designing and implementing comprehensive transformation frameworks from planning to execution
  • Managing a team of ICs, recruitment, and onboarding tasks for the team


Requirements


To succeed in this role, you'll need:



  • A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in strategic planning and transformation projects
  • A strong background in engineering, process optimization, and project management
  • Demonstrated expertise in customer experience enhancement and product lifecycle management
  • Comprehensive knowledge of quality assurance, controls, and governance best practices
  • Ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve common goals and drive change
  • Proficient in setting up comprehensive frameworks for transformation initiatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive continuous improvement and achieve desired outcomes
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects and driving sustainable change within organizations
