Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Molecular Biologist to join our team in the field of protein structure and interactions. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing protein-ligand interactions to inform medicinal chemistry and lead development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze protein-ligand interactions using crystallography, cryo-electron microscopy, and other structural biology techniques
  • Develop and utilize machine learning models to support binding site prediction and optimization
Requirements:
  • Strong expertise in molecular biology, biochemistry, and biophysics
  • Experience with protein-ligand docking, structure validation, and interaction analysis
  • Hands-on experience with molecular dynamics simulations using tools such as GROMACS and Amber
  • Scripting or programming experience (Python, R, Bash) for workflow automation and data analysis
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in drug discovery pipelines, especially in target identification and validation
  • Background in machine learning or AI applied to biomolecular structure and function
