Key Job Responsibilities
">Job Description:">We are seeking a highly skilled technical consultant to support the implementation and maintenance of Oracle Fusion applications. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing, upgrading, and customizing Oracle Fusion applications, as well as a strong understanding of HRMS functionality.
">Required Skills and Qualifications:">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Minimum 7 years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion applications, preferably in an HRMS capacity.
Expertise in building workflows, reports, and alerts, as well as experience with AI integrations.
