Machine Learning Operations Expert

We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science and machine learning operations, with expertise in designing, developing, and deploying scalable tools and services to support large-scale machine learning systems.

The MLOps expert will be responsible for:

  1. Designing data pipelines and engineering infrastructure to support large-scale machine learning systems
  2. Transforming offline models built by data scientists into production-ready machine learning systems
  3. Developing and deploying tools for handling machine learning training and inference
  4. Identifying and evaluating new technologies to improve performance, maintainability, and reliability of machine learning systems
  5. Applying software engineering rigor and best practices to machine learning, including CI/CD, automation, etc.

The successful candidate will work closely with clients to build requirements and track progress. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience working with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured datasets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement scalable data pipelines
  2. Develop and deploy machine learning models
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning systems
  4. Communicate technical requirements to stakeholders
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in machine learning

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in machine learning operations
  • Advanced knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python
  • Experience with containerization and cloud-based platforms

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with DevOps tools and practices
  • Knowledge of agile development methodologies
  • Background in mathematics and statistics
