Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Functional BA to join our team. As a critical member of our organization, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing sales cloud solutions, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. The ideal candidate will have functional knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud projects, and be certified as a Salesforce Administrator/App Builder/Salesforce Business Analyst. If you possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and design sales cloud solutions that meet client needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce release features and best practices
• Ensure data integrity and security across all systems

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:
1. At least 10+ years of total experience with 2-3 Salesforce projects as a Business Analyst
2. Functional knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud projects
3. Salesforce Administrator/App Builder/Salesforce Business Analyst certification
4. Knowledge of Banking Domain, Insurance Domain, and Jira/Confluence
5. Familiarity with Flows, Email templates, Omni Scripts, and Flex cards
6. Understanding of enterprise integration and deployment processes
7. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
