Senior Quality Assurance Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our team of quality analysts and QA leads. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent analytical abilities, and the capacity to drive business performance.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quality management systems (QMS) and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards. They will also analyze quality and performance trends, aggregate audit findings, and provide actionable insights to identify and resolve quality issues.
This role requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are also essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Quality Analysts and QA Leads
- Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS) and processes
- Analyze quality and performance trends and provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive improvement action plans
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Quality certifications (such as Six Sigma Green Belt) desirable
