As a seasoned finance professional, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening the financial backbone of high-growth organizations.

The role combines strategic financial reporting, financial management, and investor deliverables with hands-on involvement in building scalable systems and supporting key business decisions.

  • Oversee monthly and annual book closure to ensure accuracy of financial records.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive MIS reports and dashboards (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Budget vs Actual).
  • Drive financial planning, variance analysis, and performance reviews to inform strategic growth initiatives.
  • Establish robust systems, processes, and SOPs for finance and compliance.
  • Ensure seamless compliance with statutory, investor, and audit requirements.
  • Manage and track Cap Table and investor obligations to support fundraising efforts.
  • Support due diligence and investor reporting to maintain strong relationships with investors.
  • Lead audit readiness and compliance tracking across functions to minimize risk.

You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely financial closes, reliable MIS, and ongoing investor readiness.
