The Medical Review Physician will undertake primary medical reviews of cases, assessing seriousness, causality, and adverse events. They will update case data and document feedback in relevant trackers to ensure efficient tracking and workflow management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead on all assigned deliverables with a focus on quality, compliance, and productivity metrics.
Train and guide the case processing team on medical aspects of case processing.
Conduct secondary medical reviews and retrospective reviews of cases to measure quality, identify error trends, and improve processes.
