We are seeking a skilled Fraud Analytics Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in safeguarding our payment systems from fraudulent activities.

About the Job:

  • Monitor and analyze real-time transaction data for suspicious activity.
  • Develop and refine fraud detection models using both rule-based and data-driven approaches.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure fraud risk mitigation strategies align with business objectives.
  • Support fraud-related control projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • 4-8 years of experience in fraud analytics, risk management, or a related role within the fintech or payments industry.
  • Strong understanding of fraud detection techniques and experience with fraud detection tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
