Visual Designer - Branding Job

  • Brand Identity Design
    • Develop visual identities including logos, typography, color systems, and brand guidelines.
    • Translate brand strategy into cohesive design systems across touchpoints.
  • Packaging Design
    • Design packaging systems for consumer goods, appliances, and lifestyle products.
    • Create packaging that balances storytelling, differentiation, and functional practicality.
  • Design Thinking and Creative Strategy
    • Apply design thinking methodologies to solve client challenges with empathy and innovation.
    • Participate in workshops, brainstorming sessions, and co-creation sprints with clients and internal teams.
  • Collaboration and Execution
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure holistic brand-to-product integration.
    • Prepare production-ready artwork and liaise with vendors or printers for packaging execution.
Key Responsibilities

This role is hands-on and collaborative, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring future-forward brand experiences to life.

The ideal candidate blends creativity with strategy, translating brand purpose into impactful visuals and designing packaging that balances functionality with shelf appeal.

Key Requirements include 2 to 5 years of experience in visual or graphic design, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and knowledge of print production processes.
