Compliance Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Executive to ensure our organization adheres to regulatory requirements and guidelines.

This is an exciting opportunity for detail-oriented and organized individuals who can maintain records of client transactions, prepare various applications and documentation according to exchange rules and regulations, and submit timely regulatory returns.

  • Disseminate daily circulars and notifications from regulators to relevant departments and track actionable items.
  • Maintain knowledge of client balances and related procedures.
  • Prepare AP registration and cancellation documentation, as well as maintain associated compliances.
  • Provide support for NEAT/CTCL terminals and maintain related MIS.
  • Handle day-to-day compliance and coordinate with exchanges, clients, and departments on compliance-related matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Settle client balances and maintain records of client transactions.
  • Coordinate with exchanges, clients, and departments on compliance-related matters.
  • Prepare documentation for AP registration and cancellation, as well as maintain knowledge of associated compliances.
  • Submit regulatory returns to exchanges on a timely basis.
  • Support NEAT/CTCL terminals and maintain related MIS.

  • Detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software systems quickly.
