Job Overview

Oracle EBS Techno Functional Lead-Finance Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Finance technologist to provide advanced technical and functional support for our finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance with Oracle EBS Finance modules: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, EBTax, Vertex, OneSource, and Cash Management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents and defects across L2/L3 within service level agreement timelines.
  • Analyze root causes of recurring and critical incidents.
  • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, SOPs, and support guides.
  • Participate in Change Advisory Board meetings and follow change control processes.
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure accurate issue tracking and timely resolution.
  • Utilize ServiceNow for incident and change management.
  • Provide technical support during peak periods like financial close and year-end processing.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and offshore/onshore resources for seamless issue resolution.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process and performance enhancements.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in both technical and functional aspects of Oracle Finance and excellent communication skills.
