Key responsibilities include:

  • Conduct research and recommend practical applications of innovative technologies, including AI, RPA, BPA, and digital tools.
  • Support the implementation and roll-out of new systems, including pilot testing, feedback, and user support.
  • Develop engaging digital training materials to support our Digital Training Academy.
  • Document solutions and share knowledge to enable staff to adopt new tools with confidence.
  • Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot and provide input into technology-focused projects as part of our transformation journey.
  • Work closely with HR and the training team to identify critical digital skills and develop appropriate training resources.

Qualifications and skills include:

  • A degree in IT, AI, Computer Science, Digital Media, or related field.
  • Knowledge of or experience with automation platforms and AI tools.
  • Digital content creation skills and experience using AI-driven content platforms.
  • Basic technical and process troubleshooting skills, strong problem-solving ability, and resilience.
  • Good communication and administrative skills, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
