Procurement Coordinator Role

Job Description:

The Procurement Coordinator will execute procurement activities, manage inventory, and track order deliveries to ensure timely closure of requests.

Responsibilities:

  1. Execute procurement activities as per T-Hub's procurement policy
  2. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements
  3. Track order deliveries and verify invoices
  4. Maintain accurate procurement records and vendor database
  5. Support in preparing procurement reports and collecting structured feedback from users
  6. Manage inventory of office supplies and consumables
  7. Oversee asset movement and documentation

Expected Deliverables:

  1. Develop a strong understanding of T-Hub's procurement policies and tools
  2. Maintain 100% compliance with documentation and internal controls
  3. Oversee inventory of supplies and consumables
  4. Act as a responsive coordinator for internal procurement needs

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management

- Any certification or coursework in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Inventory Management is a plus

Experience:

- 2 to 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain operations within a mid to large-sized organization

- Proven track record in vendor sourcing, quotation analysis, purchase order management, and inventory tracking

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of procurement lifecycle and inventory control practices
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and procurement software such as Zoho or SAP
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, dependable, and detail-focused with a problem-solving attitude
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
