We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT professional to join our team as an Internal IT Support Manager. This is a unique opportunity for a talented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain complex IT systems, ensuring seamless operations and optimal performance.
  • Design and implement future support offerings and modalities.
  • Ensure compliance with IT related policies and procedures.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years on-hands service experience.
  • CISA certified preferred.
  • Proven successful execution/completion of technology projects.
  • Experience with Windows 10 management technologies, Microsoft Office 365 technologies, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft Intune.
  • Proficiency with operating systems, including Windows 10 and MAC operating systems.
  • Possess advanced knowledge and understanding of networking and personal computer hardware.
