Job Overview

We are seeking skilled full-stack developers to collaborate on cutting-edge AI research and commercial applications. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving complex problems, writing clean code, and contributing to advancements in AI.

You'll work with leading companies to build next-generation AI solutions, focusing on developing and optimizing AI models, evaluating performance through benchmarking and response ranking, fine-tuning models using high-quality datasets, ensuring quality via code reviews, testing, and documentation, and innovating with new evaluation strategies and improved training workflows.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+).
  • Knowledge of Node.js or NestJS and a modern frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
  • Background in modular development, scalable architectures, testing, and security best practices.
  • Solid knowledge of Docker.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
