Job Summary

We're looking for a highly skilled Infrastructure Automation Engineer to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive platform standardization, automation, and scalability.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Grafana, and cloud technologies, as well as proficiency in Golang.

Main Responsibilities
  • Create reusable workflows using Go to empower developers to provision infrastructure, deploy applications, manage secrets, and operate at scale without needing to become Kubernetes or cloud experts.
  • Drive platform standardization and codification of best practices across cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
  • Develop developer-friendly APIs and experiences while maintaining a high bar for reliability, observability, and performance.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Go-based platform tooling and self-service automation that simplifies infrastructure provisioning, application deployment, and service management.
  • Integrate with internal systems such as GitLab, ArgoCD, Port, AWS, and Kubernetes.
  • Collaborate on IAM, security, cost, and scalability decisions with AWS-native and Kubernetes-native architectures.
Requirements
  • 5-7+ years of experience in a professional cloud computing role with Kubernetes, Docker, and Infra-as-Code experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficient in Golang for backend automation and system tooling.
  • Experience with Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog.
  • Operating in Kubernetes environments and building automation for multi-tenant workloads.
  • Deep experience with AWS (or equivalent cloud provider), infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform), and CI/CD systems like GitLab CI.
  • Strong understanding of containers, microservice architectures, and modern DevOps practices.
  • Familiarity with GitOps practices using tools like ArgoCD, Helm, and Kustomize.
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across distributed systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
