Job Title: Accounting and Finance Professionals Wanted

Job Description:

We are seeking highly skilled accounting and finance professionals to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for performing various tasks related to accounts payable, cash application, journal entry processing, balance sheet reconciliation, month end tasks, and fixed asset accounting.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Payable: Processing invoices, vendor queries, and payments
  • Cash Application: Allocating cash receipts, managing cash flow, and forecasting
  • Journal Entry Processing: Recording journal entries, reconciling ledgers, and preparing trial balances
  • Balance Sheet Reconciliation: Reconciling balance sheets, identifying discrepancies, and resolving issues
  • Month End Tasks: Performing month-end closing procedures, reconciliations, and reporting
  • Fixed Asset Accounting: Managing fixed assets, depreciation, and disposal
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or finance
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including GAAP and IFRS
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in SAP or other accounting software
