Job Title: Customer Service Associate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather insights from users on their experience and identify areas for improvement
  • Share valuable user feedback with internal teams to inform product improvements and enhance user experience

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) for effectively assisting users
  • Fluency in Hindi (speaking is essential; reading and writing are advantageous)
  • A customer-first mindset with a genuine passion for helping users succeed
  • A proactive attitude toward upselling and promoting high-value services
  • Ability to gather insights from user interactions and report key findings to the team
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
