Talent Tribe Global is seeking a highly skilled Program Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in advancing our country partnerships through effective governance event practices, realizing our strategic vision for a just energy transition.
The Program Analyst (Governance Events) will lead various tasks, including Assembly and Regional Governance engagements, country partnerships, and membership expansion efforts for the International Solar Alliance (ISA). You will also manage the logistical and administrative procedures necessary for the effective coordination of events related to these activities.
In this role, you will support the operationalization of the country partnership framework. As a highly experienced professional, you will work closely with the Chief of the Governance Unit on a day-to-day basis, delivering strategies that shape and implement the unit's work plan.
This involves consistently meeting our governance event needs to ensure that governance activities fully support ISA member state engagements.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Support the deliverables of the Governance and Partnerships unit at the ISA, including assistance with governance body meetings and ISA events, including international events.
- Assist, Organize and coordinate Governance Body meetings, including but not limited to, logistics & communication support, brief & talking points, background notes, agenda notes, draft letters, presentations, talking points, database of member/prospective member countries & partner/other organizations, and preparation of meeting detailed and summary reports.
- Support the ISA's strategic international engagements and technical sessions/webinars, including logistical support, summary reports of meetings, communication material such as agenda, background notes, etc.
- Provide Administrative support with the operationalisation of the Country Partnership Framework of ISA encompassing, inter alia, liaising with international/local stakeholders, readiness assessment of member countries, development of the implementation strategy, and annual work plan.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits package.
Additional Benefits include: Fluency in English required; A Master's degree in law/economics/political sciences/social sciences/business administration or a Bachelor's degree with an additional 3 years of professional experience may also be considered; At least 5 to 7 years of experience in governance, and broad government-partnership(s); Proven experience in implementing strategy for government, public-sector bodies, and multilateral intuitions; Proven experience of dealing with complex environments and delivering under tight timelines; Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills; Excellent interpersonal skills, energetic and collaborative.
