Job Description

At YES, we are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the planning and execution of all order fulfillment activities. This role requires a strong understanding of production planning, order management, inventory management, and logistics processes.

The successful candidate will work closely with the production, engineering, sales, and customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to customers. Key responsibilities include managing production build plans, validating slotting tools, approving orders, managing shortages, and working with the shipping department.

Additionally, this role involves managing outsourcing supply planning, forecasting, and troubleshooting invoice and material receipt issues. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and two to five years of experience in production planning and order fulfillment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of managing complex processes and projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, as well as experience with ERP and MRP tools.
