Expert Consultant Sought for Strategic Transformation Projects

As an expert consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and develop strategies to drive success.

  • You will lead large-scale transformation projects, leveraging your expertise in Workday HCM Technical to deliver business value.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that meet our clients' evolving needs.
  • You will provide thought leadership and guidance on Workday HCM Technical best practices, ensuring our clients stay ahead of the curve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex transformation projects, driving business outcomes through strategic planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that meet our clients' evolving needs.
  • Provide thought leadership and guidance on Workday HCM Technical best practices, ensuring our clients stay ahead of the curve.
  • Analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions that drive results.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in Workday HCM Technical consulting, preferably in a lead or principal consultant role.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale transformation projects, driving business outcomes through strategic planning and execution.
  • Strong understanding of Workday HCM Technical best practices, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
