Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead our frontend development efforts and spearhead the growth of our web and mobile applications.

About This Role:

  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of skilled frontend developers in scaling applications for diverse use cases, high data volumes, and large user bases.
  • Define and enforce frontend architecture, design patterns, and best practices to ensure seamless integrations with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive technical leadership and provide guidance on frontend technologies and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with product managers, backend leads, and UX/UI teams to align requirements and optimize application performance.

Hands-On Expertise:

  • Participate in coding, code reviews, and optimization tasks to deliver high-performance web and mobile applications.
  • Architect and build responsive applications using various frontend technologies and frameworks.

Quality & Performance:

  • Evaluate and implement effective coding standards, testing strategies, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Monitor application performance, conduct profiling, and implement optimizations to support large-scale usage.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 6+ years of hands-on frontend development experience.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Strong command over React and React Native is essential.
  • Familiarity with state management tools, Webpack, Metro bundler, and version control systems like Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.
