Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Agile team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our software products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements
  • Design and execute manual and automated tests to ensure software quality and reliability
  • Analyze test results and provide actionable feedback to development teams
  • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts
  • Contribute to the improvement of testing processes and procedures
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
  • Hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as Playwright and Selenium
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Desirable Requirements
  • Mastery of Linux/Unix and Windows operating systems
  • Experience with continuous integration tools such as Jenkins and Git
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and Scrum framework
  • Knowledge of performance testing using JMeter and Blazemeter
