Job Requirements:

We are seeking a diligent and organized Room Attendant to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas

• Making beds and changing bed linens

• Stocking supplies such as toiletries and towels

• Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures

• Vacuuming and sweeping floors

• Reporting maintenance issues to the relevant department

• Providing excellent customer service and responding to guest concerns

• Ensuring all safety and sanitation policies and procedures are followed

Responsibilities Include:

• Entering and preparing rooms for cleaning

• Making beds

• Dusting rooms and furniture

• Replenishing guest room and bathroom supplies

• Cleaning the bathroom

• Cleaning the closet

• Vacuuming and mopping all floors

• Securing rooms

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment
