Subtitling Specialist for Global Entertainment Content

We're seeking a skilled Subtitling Specialist to join our team, focusing on translating subtitles for video content into Malayalam and Kannada languages. This freelance position involves working on a project basis, with job availability and frequency dependent on client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality subtitles for English-language video content
- Perform quality control checks on translated subtitles
Requirements:
- Native or native-like proficiency in English and the target language (Malayalam or Kannada)
- Strong command of both colloquial and written English and the target language
- Attention to detail and accuracy in translation
- Previous experience in translation or proofreading preferred
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Salary: Estimated $25-$35 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
