About this role:

We're seeking a seasoned Data Analyst to spearhead our web tracking and analytics efforts. This key position will oversee the end-to-end setup of our web platform's measurement framework, ensuring accurate data collection and actionable insights that drive business performance and user experience optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement a comprehensive measurement plan aligned with our platform architecture and business objectives.
  • Configure and maintain tracking infrastructure using industry-standard tools like Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Mixpanel.
  • Create and manage event tracking, user flow analysis, and conversion tracking initiatives.
  • BUILD CUSTOM MIXPANEL DASHBOARDS AND REPORTS TO MONITOR SITE PERFORMANCE AND KEY KPIs.
  • Track critical user behaviors, including navigation patterns, feature engagement, and drop-off points.
  • Optimize tracking for multi-step conversion funnels.
  • Implement A/B testing and user segmentation strategies to evaluate and enhance performance.
  • Ensure tracking accuracy through rigorous testing and debugging of event implementations.
  • Validate data integrity and troubleshoot inconsistencies.
  • Develop real-time reporting dashboards in Mixpanel.
  • Stay up-to-date with evolving privacy regulations and ensure compliance via cookie consent management.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of tracking scripts.
  • Partner with the Web Lead to integrate analytics into our development roadmap.
  • Work closely with UX and marketing teams to provide insights into user behavior and engagement patterns.
Requirements:
  • Proven expertise in web analytics and tracking implementation.
  • Familiarity with GTM, Mixpanel, and consent management platforms.
  • Strong understanding of event-based analytics, conversion funnels, and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Awareness of privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and their impact on tracking and data collection.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience building real-time dashboards and custom reports.
  • Ability to translate business goals into measurable KPIs.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
