Description:

The role of Software Architect is a high-level position that requires expertise in designing and building scalable backend systems. We are looking for an architect who can lead the development of our core applications using modern Java and Spring Boot.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain scalable backend services and robust REST APIs using Java and Spring Boot.

  • Optimize and manage MySQL and PostgreSQL databases, focusing on performance, schema design, and query tuning.

  • Conduct thorough code reviews, enforce coding standards, and help guide junior engineers.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including frontend and product, to deliver high-quality, impactful solutions.

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and distributed system design.

  • Proven experience with Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful API development.

  • Proficiency in SQL performance tuning and database optimization.

  • Hands-on experience with AWS SQS or other messaging queues.

  • Demonstrated ability to own and drive projects from concept to completion.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
