Project Manager Opportunity

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager to lead our primary quantitative market research projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in research methodologies, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.
  • Design and implement customized market research projects.
  • Develop and maintain questionnaires, data analysis, and coding protocols.
  • Present findings and insights to stakeholders through clear and concise reporting.
  • Interpret complex data sets and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Manage field partners and ensure timely delivery of results.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in primary quantitative market research with a strong understanding of research methodologies.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate or post-graduate degree in a relevant field.
  • Working knowledge of statistics and multivariate analysis.
  • Experience working on survey platforms such as Survey Monkey or Question Pro.
