Senior Fashion Creative

We are seeking a talented fashion professional to join our team. As a senior fashion creative, you will be responsible for creating innovative and stylish designs that align with our brand aesthetics and fashion trends.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing new western silhouettes, including dresses, coord sets, tops, and fusion wear.
  • Developing seasonal collections that showcase your creativity and attention to detail.
  • Creating detailed illustrations, mood boards, and technical sketches using industry-standard software such as Photoshop and Corel Draw.
  • Sourcing and experimenting with various fabrics, trims, and embellishments suitable for both western and fusion styles.

To stay ahead of the competition, we require our senior fashion creatives to stay up-to-date with global and Indian trends in western and fusion fashion. This includes analyzing competitor collections and contributing ideas for differentiation.

Key Skills & Tools

We use a range of software and tools in our design process, including:

  • Adobe Photoshop and Corel Draw for illustration and design.
  • Cotton, Rayon, Muslin, Chanderi, Silk, and Blends for fabric knowledge.
  • Strong visualization, sketching, and digital illustration skills.
  • Knowledge of garment construction, patterns, and embroidery placement.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of professional experience in women's western or fusion fashion.
  • A portfolio of previous work (required).
