We are seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to join our team as Research Analyst Interns. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for performing fundamental and technical analysis on Indian equities, building and maintaining financial models in Excel, drafting research notes and investment memos, monitoring market news and data feeds, and collaborating with senior analysts to refine stock picking frameworks and risk assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform fundamental and technical analysis on Indian equities, including ratio analysis, trend identification, and peer benchmarking.
- Build and maintain financial models in Excel (DCF, relative valuation, sensitivity analysis).
- Draft research notes and investment memos to be showcased in your interview presentation.
- Monitor market news and data feeds (e.g., Bloomberg, Moneycontrol, BSE/NSE websites).
- Collaborate with senior analysts to refine stock picking frameworks and risk assessments.
- Presentation findings to the team, honing your communication and storytelling skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Candidate must be currently pursuing (or recently graduated in) Finance, Economics, Commerce, or related discipline.
- Preferred but not required: NISM certified Research Analyst.
- Strong Excel skills; familiarity with valuation techniques.
- Basis understanding of financial statements, ratios, and market microstructure.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and critical thinking abilities.
- Detail oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Effective communicator: able to translate complex data into clear insights.
- Self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit and team player mindset.
