  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with the Stibo STEP platform to set up and customize data management solutions.
  • Create and manage data models (structures that define how information is stored and linked).
  • Help design and build ways to connect Stibo with other systems using APIs, ETL tools, or web services.
  • Guide teams in finding the best technical options and executing development.
  • Talk to clients to understand their needs and explain solutions in simple terms.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to data quality, performance, or integration.
  • Support teams in setting up and configuring the Stibo STEP platform.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of experience working with data integration and data management systems.
  • Good knowledge of Java or JavaScript for customization.
  • Experience in ETL, REST APIs, and web services.
  • Hands-on knowledge of databases and common data formats like XML, JSON, and CSV.
  • Understanding of data models and how systems store information.
  • Ability to use coding/debugging tools like an Integrated Development Environment (IDE).
  • Bonus Stibo STEP Certification or knowledge of Informatica PIM.
