Job Description:

  • Deploy and configure Azure Virtual Desktops (AVDs) for secure remote access.
  • Design and implement AVD host pools, virtual machine instances, application groups, and workspaces.
  • Provide users with seamless access to applications, desktops, and VMs within the AVD environment.
  • Manage and maintain pooled and private VDI host pools for efficient resource utilization.
  • Administer FSLogix User Profile Management for optimal user experience in Azure WVD environments.
  • Provision and deploy Azure IaaS virtual machines (VMs) and cloud services into secure VNets and subnets.
  • Capture VM images and attach disks for flexible infrastructure management.
  • Configure and manage virtual networks, endpoints, and subnets within Azure Portal.
  • Design and set up Azure Virtual Networks (VNets), subnets, and network settings for scalable infrastructure.
  • Expertise in creating and configuring Azure Storage accounts with Blob, File Share, Table, and Queue services.
  • Resolve day-to-day issues related to AVD user experience.
  • Develop and configure Azure Log Analytics workspaces and Automation-based solutions for enhanced infrastructure management.
  • Troubleshoot remote app publishing on AVDs for optimal user experience.
  • Profile Management and Nerdio Manager tool expertise.
  • Hands-on experience managing Azure Virtual Desktop infrastructure (AVD).
  • Diagnostic and analytical skills with excellent communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in designing and implementing AVD host pools, virtual machine instances, application groups, and workspaces.
  • Experience with FSLogix User Profile Management for Azure WVD environments.
  • Knowledge of Azure IaaS virtual machines (VMs), cloud services, and secure VNets/subnets.
  • Ability to capture VM images and attach disks for flexible infrastructure management.
  • Proficiency in configuring and managing virtual networks, endpoints, and subnets.
  • Expertise in designing and setting up Azure Virtual Networks (VNets), subnets, and network settings.
  • Understanding of Azure Storage accounts and their services (Blob, File Share, Table, Queue).
  • Strong diagnostic and analytical skills with excellent communication.
