Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and innovative visual designer to join our performance marketing team. This role will focus on creating high-impact visual assets that drive customer acquisition and engagement across multiple markets.

The ideal candidate will possess strong design skills, including proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma or similar design tools. Experience with animation, motion graphics, and video editing is also highly desirable.

As a senior visual designer, you will be responsible for leading the creation and production of visually compelling marketing assets, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet business goals and brand guidelines.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with tight deadlines and using data and campaign insights to iterate and optimize design approaches for maximum impact.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a visual designer with a strong portfolio of marketing-focused work
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma or similar design tools
  • Demonstrated skills in animation, motion graphics, and video editing
  • Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout best practices
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with marketing teams across different regions
