Machine Learning Architect – Generative AI

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying state-of-the-art machine learning models with a focus on Generative AI. This role involves building scalable solutions using Python, large language models (LLMs), and retrieval pipelines to solve complex business problems and enhance product capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Design Scalable ML Solutions: Using LLMs and RAG architecture to build scalable solutions that meet the needs of the organization.
- Implement and Optimize Prompt Engineering: Embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval mechanisms that enable seamless interactions between humans and machines.
- Develop APIs and Services: Integrate AI solutions into production systems to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with data engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective project delivery.
- Evaluate and Improve Model Performance: Continuously evaluate and improve model performance and accuracy to drive better business outcomes.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python, including use of libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, etc.
- Experience with LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, Claude, etc.) and RAG frameworks that enable the development of advanced AI models.
- Hands-on experience with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) that facilitate efficient data storage and retrieval.
- A solid understanding of NLP, embeddings, tokenization, and attention mechanisms that underpin modern AI applications.
- Familiarity with APIs, RESTful services, and cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure) that enable the integration of AI solutions into production environments.
- A strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and ML workflows that ensure efficient and effective AI solution delivery.
