Speech-Language Pathologist

At a leading child development center in Karaman, Trivandrum, we are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated professional to work with children and their families to assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for children with speech, language, and communication difficulties.
  • Develop tailored therapy plans to meet the unique needs of each child.
  • Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions, promoting effective communication and swallowing skills.
  • Collaborate with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, psychologists, and parents for holistic development and support.
  • Monitor progress and maintain accurate case documentation, ensuring seamless coordination between team members.
  • Educate and guide parents to effectively support therapy at home, fostering a collaborative environment.
Qualifications
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP/MASLP).
  • RCI registration preferred, reflecting a commitment to professional excellence.
  • Up to 3 years of relevant experience, with flexibility for freshers to apply and grow within the organization.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for successful collaboration and client engagement.
  • A genuine passion for working with children and families, driving enthusiasm for making a positive impact.
