Haute Couture Specialist

At the Bombay Shirt Company, we are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Haute Couture Specialist to join our team in Mumbai.

About the Role:

• We are looking for an individual with experience in providing exceptional customer service in a hospitality setting, ideally with knowledge of the retail sector.
• The ideal candidate will be proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and email.
• As a Haute Couture Specialist, you will be responsible for understanding client preferences and requirements, providing customized solutions, and updating our systems accordingly.
• You will also work closely with our production team to ensure timely order fulfillment and communicate effectively with clients through various channels.
• In addition, you will be expected to manage daily cash and bank transactions, maintain visual merchandising standards, and perform other duties as required.

About You:

• Our preferred candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the hospitality or retail sectors.
• You will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• A strong desire to provide exceptional customer care, coupled with a drive to deliver high-quality results, is essential for this role.

Compensation: We offer a competitive salary of ₹2,50,000 per annum, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
