Job Title: Lead Software Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Software Engineer to join our team at BHR Code Pvt Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing tasks in a sprint, reviewing code, and ensuring first-time quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage tasks in a sprint and ensure timely completion.
  2. Review code and provide feedback to team members.
  3. Ensure first-time quality of code and implement best practices.
  4. Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, story grooming, daily scrums, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
  5. Connect with stakeholders to understand requirements and produce technical specifications.
  6. Write clean, well-designed code and follow technology best practices.
  7. Follow modern agile development processes, including automated unit testing.
  8. Take ownership of tasks and user stories committed by self/team.
  9. Develop and deploy new features to facilitate related procedures and tools.
  10. Understand development processes and ensure they are followed diligently.
  11. Actively participate in optimizing and evolving development processes.
  12. Understand user stories, translate them into technical specifications, and convert them into working code.
  13. Troubleshoot, test, and maintain core product software and databases.
  14. Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.
  15. Follow industry trends and tools, pilot them, and ensure the team can scale up technically.
  16. Readiness to take initiative for suggesting and implementing best practices in respective technology areas.
  17. Adhere to ISMS policies and procedures.
  18. Expertise in developing .NET Core/.NET Framework and Angular-based web applications with RDBMS or NoSQL database back-end.
  19. Experience in writing unit test cases using Jasmine/Karma or Jest is a plus.
  20. Demonstrated willingness to develop with new/unfamiliar technologies.
  21. Good understanding of Rxjs and store concepts.
  22. Good understanding of Angular concepts, including Interceptors, Pipes, Directives, Decorators, etc.
  23. Good working exposure with REST API and very strong knowledge in object-oriented concepts & design patterns.
  24. Excellent development experience using web and JavaScript technologies, expertise with HTML/XHTML, XML, JSON, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, DOM, and version control systems (such as git, visual code).
  25. Proven expertise in C#, Angular 6+, & Typescript, npm, bootstrap, webpack.
  26. Strong skills in ASP.Net MVC, Web API, HTML 5, CSS, JavaScript technologies.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in .NET Core/.NET Framework and Angular-based web applications.
