Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to oversee all aspects of Human Resource Management.

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding new employees.
  • Attendance Management: Implement attendance tracking systems and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Statutory Compliance & Labour Management: Ensure compliance with labour laws, maintain accurate records, and manage employee relations.
  • Asset Management: Oversee the management of company assets, including facilities and equipment.
  • Facilities Management & Canteen Management: Ensure the maintenance of a clean and safe working environment.
  • New/Renewal Licenses and Permits Liaison: Liaise with government officials to obtain necessary licenses and permits.
  • Security Management: Develop and implement security protocols to ensure employee safety.
  • Preparation of MIS Reports: Analyze data and prepare management information systems reports.
  • Transfers, Loans, Issuing Promotion Letters: Process employee transfers, loans, and promotion letters.
  • Disciplinary Actions: Implement disciplinary actions as per company policies and labour laws.
  • Implementation of EHS: Develop and implement Environmental, Health, and Safety policies.
  • Effectively Implementation of Company Policies: Ensure that all company policies are implemented effectively.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
  • Adaptable and Flexible: Ability to adapt to new environments and challenges.
  • Dedicated: Commitment to acquiring knowledge and applying it effectively.
  • Ability to Work on HR Software: Proficiency in using HR software to manage employee data.
  • Conflict Management: Ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Marathi (mandatory), Hindi, and English.

Requirements:

  • 15-20 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • M.B.A (HR) or MHRM qualification.
