
Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to oversee all aspects of Human Resource Management.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding new employees.
- Attendance Management: Implement attendance tracking systems and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Statutory Compliance & Labour Management: Ensure compliance with labour laws, maintain accurate records, and manage employee relations.
- Asset Management: Oversee the management of company assets, including facilities and equipment.
- Facilities Management & Canteen Management: Ensure the maintenance of a clean and safe working environment.
- New/Renewal Licenses and Permits Liaison: Liaise with government officials to obtain necessary licenses and permits.
- Security Management: Develop and implement security protocols to ensure employee safety.
- Preparation of MIS Reports: Analyze data and prepare management information systems reports.
- Transfers, Loans, Issuing Promotion Letters: Process employee transfers, loans, and promotion letters.
- Disciplinary Actions: Implement disciplinary actions as per company policies and labour laws.
- Implementation of EHS: Develop and implement Environmental, Health, and Safety policies.
- Effectively Implementation of Company Policies: Ensure that all company policies are implemented effectively.
- Adaptable and Flexible: Ability to adapt to new environments and challenges.
- Dedicated: Commitment to acquiring knowledge and applying it effectively.
- Ability to Work on HR Software: Proficiency in using HR software to manage employee data.
- Conflict Management: Ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Marathi (mandatory), Hindi, and English.
Requirements:
- 15-20 years of experience in a relevant field.
- M.B.A (HR) or MHRM qualification.
