Job Title: Electrical Systems Draftsman

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Draftsman with expertise in Electrical and Fire Fighting systems to join our engineering team. As a key member, you will be responsible for creating accurate technical drawings, supporting site teams with as-built documentation, and ensuring compliance with local authority requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site surveys and gather data in coordination with the site team.
  • Prepare as-built drawings based on actual site conditions.
  • Prepare and submit load cards in line with utility requirements.
  • Create fire fighting system drawings compliant with UAE fire code and civil defense standards.
  • Assist in documentation required for civil defense approvals (factory setups).
  • Update and maintain drawing records throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Draftsman in Electrical & Fire Fighting disciplines.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software.
  • Knowledge of UAE fire codes, FEWA standards, and civil defense submission procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical inputs from engineers and site teams.
