Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Windchill Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and customizing Windchill 10.x and above to meet business requirements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining Java J2EE applications leveraging frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.

In addition, the candidate will develop and consume web services to integrate Windchill with other enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and customize Windchill 10.x and above to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain Java J2EE applications leveraging frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
  • Develop and consume web services to integrate Windchill with other enterprise systems.
  • Write efficient SQL queries and database procedures to support application functionality.
  • Collaborate on database design, administration, and performance optimization.
  • Apply software programming skills to create and maintain host-based and web-based applications within Windchill.
  • Implement quality processes and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Provide expertise in Windchill PDMLink, ProjectLink, PartsLink, and Configuration Management.
  • Manage change management workflows and part management modules effectively.
  • Lead or participate in large-scale Windchill implementation and data migration projects, including bulk migration.
  • Debug and resolve issues in Windchill environments efficiently.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Windchill design, development, and customization (version 10.x and above).
  • Strong proficiency in Java J2EE, including Spring, Hibernate, and related frameworks.
  • In-depth understanding of web services (SOAP/REST) development and integration.
  • Proficient in writing SQL queries, stored procedures, and database design concepts.
  • Solid knowledge of database administration principles.
  • Strong experience with Windchill PDMLink, ProjectLink, PartsLink, and related modules.
  • Expertise in Windchill Part Management, Change Management, and Workflow configurations.
  • Proven experience in Windchill implementation, migration, and bulk data migration projects.
  • Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills.
