Cloud Engineer for GCP

About the Role

F337 Deutsche India Private Limited, Pune Branch is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Engineer for GCP to join our team. As a key member of our Instrument and Common Reference data team, you will play a crucial role in building a completely new project from scratch on GCP.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to architectural decisions around GCP for the OTC project.
  • Work with architects to finalize technology stacks and architecture patterns.
  • Develop POCs to highlight pros and cons for architectural decisions.
  • Lead the migration of existing OTC projects onto GCP.
  • Participate in code reviews and pair programming.
  • Solve issues collaboratively with the team.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of overall experience.
  • Expertise in Google Cloud Platform.
  • Strong handson experience in developing micro-service based applications.
  • Strong experience in building cloud-native applications on GCP.
  • Strong Experience in deploying applications in Kubernetes Engine.
  • Handson Knowledge of Github, Github Actions, Terraform.
  • Experience with GCP Security, IAM Roles, key rotation, networking, VPC, InterConnect.
  • Experience on GCP Apigee.
  • Exposure to GCP Monitoring, Observability, SRE.
  • Knowledge on Multi-region deployment, Cost Optimization.
  • Knowledge on Anthos Service Mesh, Istio, mTLS would be preferred.
  • Good Experience in Oracle/Postgress.
  • Exposure to Spring Boot, Spring REST, Spring Data JPA, Spring Integration & Batch.
  • Experience on OTC Securities would be highly preferred.
  • Experience in reference data domain would be highly preferred.
  • Experience on Agile SDLC model.
