Job Title:
Principal Software Engineer

We are looking for a seasoned software engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and developing large-scale software systems, with a strong focus on architecture and scalability.

The successful candidate will lead the design of our software systems, ensuring they are scalable, available, and fault-tolerant. They will also be responsible for delivering high-quality code, collaborating with developers and designers, and identifying bottlenecks in our systems to optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop large-scale software systems
  • Lead code/design reviews to ensure smooth daily operations and accurate planning
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and system administrators to identify new features and improve legacy applications
  • Develop and deploy applications for Cloud Native Infrastructure using CI/CD tools following best practices
  • Manage cutting-edge technologies to improve our software products

Requirements:

  • Minimum 14 years of related experience or 12 years with an advanced degree
  • Possess expert knowledge in performance, scalability, distributed architecture, and engineering best practices
  • Strong programming skills in an object-oriented language such as Java or C#
  • Experience working with modern Javascript frameworks like React and Angular, HTML, and CSS
  • Experience building applications in microservice architecture with API-first mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in engineering, technology, or related field
  • Experience working with SaaS offerings in the technology and financial industries
