Indo-French Business Development Associate

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Commercial Liaison Assistant at the Indo-French Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IFCCI). This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic organization that fosters and promotes Indo-French relations through trade and industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with database management of committees and produce reports as needed;
  • Manage a tracking sheet for all committees and ensure their visibility through social media platforms;
  • Update committee event photos and lists on CRM and Excel Sheets;
  • Draft creatives and invites for events;
  • Follow up on event participation and coordination with the Membership team;
  • Assist with event organization, including venue booking, vendor management, and logistics;
  • Maintain a profitable budget sheet and ensure revenue generation for events;
  • Target potential sponsors and maintain relationships with existing ones;
  • Coordinate with the Communication team for timely social media updates;
  • Prepare minutes of meetings and update them on the website.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Post-Graduate in Marketing or International Business;
  • Up to 3 years of work experience in customer service management and client acquisition;
  • Excellent PR and communication skills;
  • Excellent organization skills;
  • Managerial skills and experience;
  • Team spirit and autonomy;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Excellent written and spoken English; French is an advantage but not mandatory.
